Update. Drained fluid, cleaned with brake cleaner, refilled gear lube. So far almost a month and still looks clean. “not milky” Thank You.

Mine has 145,000 on it. It was very neglected by the previous owner. I am working out all the bugs in it though. It has been a learning experience for me. Luckily I am mechanically inclined.
