OBD 2 question

i have a bluetooth OBD 2 scanner that i bought, hooked it up and it wont link with my blazer ( 2003 blazer ls ) but i put it in a 2005 grand marquise and it linked right up? i checked all the fuses...

damn yeah might change my mind on the body lift...i wanna do a flowmaster 40 series ( single in and dual out ) from the cat back, and a cold air intake to see if that will help with the gas...

i just got a 2003 blazer with 84k miles on it....very clean and all stock ( except for the 31/10.5 bfg all terrains )...what do you all think?
