Cheap drop

I want to do a cheapest drop and put 20" rims on it but dont want to rubbing on wheels.....Where can i get a kit for lower 2/3

I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer (black) I already put serveral things on it already. I have clear corners, shorty black intenna, black tail light covers, Alpine headunit with 2...
