well the pan gasket is leaking at the bottom of the timing cover about 4 drops a day its still on the stand was trying to prime the oil pump and there was oil on floor the next day

rtv on oil pan gasket?

hello all,trying to put this long block together.its a 1999 jimmy with aluminum oil pan,one piece gasket,? is do i have to put rtv silicone anywhere on this gasket before i install and torque down....
