engine shutter lack power

My engine seems to lack power especially at 1st after it warms up for a bit it seems fine e.g. when i push the gas pedal to the floor it has no power at all and back fires but if i give a little bit...

Abs problem

My ABS kicks in at slow speed breaking my light is on and I was told that you can disable it buy disconnecting the speed sensor is this true and is hard to do?

Thanks swartlkk u nails it i found the vacuum lines all tattered rotted in half about half way across the engine. Now the fun part will be figuring out where all the lines go.

I tried looking but couldn't find them.

My most frustrating problem so far is my hvac is stuck on vent. I took out the actuator...
