Okay I understand. Adding a ground from engine to firewall (and frame too) won't hurt. Then a new ground from other end of individual circuit in question can be made too. Might solve the problem.

When installing rear brake pad, where does the wear indicator metal tab go in relation to the rotor and front/rear of the car? I believe the wear indicator goes on the in side inboard pad position....
