yep its 4 X 4. but it hasnt done it in about 4 days, and i cant re-create the noise if i try. Ive been stopping hard and turning, turning hard, sharp, slow, everything just wont make a noise lol....

ive found that holding the key to start wont fire the engine, but if i just tap the key once or twice the engine will start right up.... every time even in the morning......

But, on the passanger side those 3 plugs were black, carboned up.

You should be able to see the seat bolts from under the truck, I would measure the distance from bolt to bolt and that will give ya a good idea. or drill new holes...
