headlights still flashing even with new relay!?!?

I have the same problem in my '97 (4,3 Vortec,3 doors, 4x4): head lights (sealed beam) go on and off after 20 min. driving. I want to test the head light relay, where is it?

I arrived to the same solution after many efforts...

I arrived to the same solution after many efforts (also installed a new ignition switch): now I simply left the key (sometimes must do it overnight) and use the replace key (S10 Blazer '97).
