Through the wheel well and under the steering. Put the socket on the plug. slide the rubber boot up and turn the flat spot down. 6" wobble extension just fits in the socket.

I must be one of the lucky ones. 3/8" wobble extension just fits past the flat spot on the steering column. It doesn't take any longer than the other plugs. And it definitly doesn't take 2 hrs...
