Through the wheel well and under the steering. Put the socket on the plug. slide the rubber boot up and turn the flat spot down. 6" wobble extension just fits in the socket.

I must be one of the lucky ones. 3/8" wobble extension just fits past the flat spot on the steering column. It doesn't take any longer than the other plugs. And it definitly doesn't take 2 hrs...

#1 - 140 psi
#3 - 165 psi
#5 - 75 psi

The before readings were

Thanks all. I figured the misfire is the cause of the failed test. Chasing this problem for over a year I think it must be a problem with the #5 cylinder. I'll see what the compression test shows....
