why did it ALWAYS drop...

update: was tinkering and looking around tonight at the truck. Confirmed that the vacuum solenoid works, (duh, as it's stuck in 4wd...) vacuum going in the bottom hose from engine, coming out the top...

Happened to me when I first bought my 2000 with a 4 button. Replaced the switch, it's been happy ever since. I dont remember how much it was, but it wasnt horribly expensive.

2000 blazer ls loaded, 4wd, 136,000 miles.
While troubleshooting the inoperative lights on my new boat trailer, I discovered that I'm only getting 5 or 6 volts at the brown wire on my harness plug....

Buy a brake line bending tool for $4, and replicate your fuel line section from the tank to the filter? Pardon my ignorance, I dont know how it attaches to the tank, but it could be somewhat simple!
