Having issue replacing drivebelt tension arm bolt

So I got a 1995 Gmc jimmy and the bolt that mounts the belt tension arm to the framework of the compressor/waterpump snapped. I cant find any info on this bolt to replace it.

I didnt remove the exhaust just took the bolts...

I didnt remove the exhaust just took the bolts out of the Y neck on the drives side and loosened the ones on the passenger side (didnt want to take the spring loaded bolt all the way off as it looked...
