Red face vents don't work

when i run my air it comes to defrost and/or floor no vents..I followed the line to the engine compartment and chased it to a round canister, then down to the tranny. By the way my 96 blazer LS...

Talking 4L60E Vacuum lines

Hey, it takes off slow. but once you get going it runs good. Vacuum? And since i just bought it it has a vibration @30- 65+. Could it be a tranny mount? tried u-joints,fluid ect..:icon_flamethrow:

rear transfer case

96 blazer LT. iI look at the drive shaft and noticed that the tag on the rear transfer case says 272 ratio. Could that cause the whining noise that i hear?
