Is there a certain trick to removing the whole wiper arm? It seems the arm is stripped inside and won't operate any more. Thanks in advance, Jim

If I could just cap the lines to the cooler (which are the only ones leaking now) and still keep the filter in the front would be ideal if possible. The front ones are probably the easiest to change...

What would all have to be done to eliminate the oil cooler lines? Sounds like a great idea if it's possible.

Hi Tim - thanks for the pics! What were the clues that something was going wrong with the hub? I have 85K on my '99 Blazer and just wondering. Also what is your mileage?

Glad I found this site - you have some great suggestions and have given me confidence to tackle fixing my oil cooler lines. It sure seems the leak is at the crimp and not from the o-ring in the oil...

Thanks for all the replies. I had read about the continual problem of these lines. We'll replace them once, if they start leaking again, approach it differently. Thanks again.

Thanks fnirish - they are mostly rubber so I probably should replace. I didn't know how hard of a job it would be.
