'01 4X4 front bearing/hub change

Hey I have a 2001 4 wheel drive blazer. My front bearings seem to be getting bad. From what I see you need to change the whole hub. How much work is it? Does it take to long? Any special tools...

another idea is that it looks to be some type of push lock..quick connect fitting. how do I get them apart in a limited space area. is there a neat trick or handy tool? this would be nice. Matt
