What the guy told me at the dealership was, it is a switch that deactivates the ABS when in four-wheel-drive. Sort of what you were saying. That way the brakes are working under the normal braking...

The vacuum line is the one that splits off the 4wd actuator vacuum line that goes to the 3 way switch on the top of the transfer case. Once you split the vacuum line it goes up with the line included...

Yeah no problem. Glad I tracked it down. Crazy how the old part number doesn’t lead to this kit. I suggested that to AC DELCO.

Found it Part # 88880029. It is a kit you have to buy. Reached out to AC DELCO directly and they found the old part # and was able to trace it to the new number or the kit number. Thanks for the help...

Thanks for the help. I really like LMC. Seam to have a great selection and like the way the lay out their pages in diagram form. Helps figure out where parts go and what some parts are.
