I just used the regular spray-paint (for BBQ grills, it holds a little better). But I bet power coating would be the optimal solution. I did it with my cousin in about two hours for all 4 wheels...

why not check the connections on the fuel pump, I had that problem with mine. To do it though, you have to lower your fuel tank and reach up over it and disconnect and reconnect I think three...
