I just used the regular spray-paint (for BBQ grills, it holds a little better). But I bet power coating would be the optimal solution. I did it with my cousin in about two hours for all 4 wheels...

I just don't know what the big thing in the rear bumper of my 97 blazer is and what it does/there for. It is on the driver's side directly under the fuel filler door. It is about 12" long 5" tall...
