ive had that happen, its either a bad ballast or the bulb is bad, i bought 2 spare ballasts and a spare bulb from the seller i got mine from just incase, i used the ballast right away and it fixed...

you should get it tested before/when you get it put on. ive heard of that company, i think a few have tryed it. Hopefully it has good idle #'s for ya that is always my main concern

uhhh dont turn the lights on and off, on and off, on and off alot in one time, the initial ignite of the bulb pulls some juice, i would get a relay harness though so your not pulling the power...

i have it, i just angled the right side of the battery back alittle bit more so i could put the sideposts on easier. i have some stinger top posts on mine they fit fine.

its not gonna be exact exact but you can adjust it to be pretty close, i used a dmm to tune this stinger one, you can pop the cover off and there is a screw you turn to adjust the reading up or down...
