Wheel Adapter Sizes/Numbers?

Hey Everyone, I Just scored a new set of Tires/Rims, 35/12.50/18 only problem is that they're 5 lug off a Ford Bronco ;-) I need to put on my Blazer (6 lug). I'm looking at Adapters/Spaces right now....
