HELP Hesitation AGAIN

I've replace, spark plugs wires cap and rotor, cleaned MAF, Cleaned IAC Cleaned EGR valve, replaced fuel filter and still have hesitaion taking off and a rough idle. What could it be?

The pump should engage with the key forward. That is the pump building up pressure for the start. It should only last 2 seconds or so, then cutoff until you start the vehicle.

Replaced the fuel filter the other day, still didn't help. I have not done a fuel pressure test. It starts up fine and it idles anywhere beween 500-650 rpms depending on how long it has been running....
