the largest load i feel like safely pulling with a 2.8l 1gen blazer is a 16 foot alumacraft boat with a 75 horse on the back.. it snorts a little with that.

the lights on top are 4" spot lights mounted on a homemade light bar out of diamond plate, the 2 bigger ones are 7 inch car head lights with sylvaina inserts (dont recall what they are called)...

body lift is easy.. just go buy some bolts, 2" square tubing and thats all you really need other than a welder.. i recently did one this way on a 87 blazer. pm me if you want..
