That should work, thanks a lot. It's very thin wire just for remote power detection. The main amp power runs straight from the battery and has an inline fuse. Cheers!

Thanks for the suggestion. I do have a fuse box near the driver side door. How did you connect the wire to one of the unused fuse slots?
