thanks for reply....radiator..less than a year old...fan turns smooth...i also have thread on 96 misfire...could this excssive heat cause the misfire code....could exhaust or cat cause this heating...

i'm the same guy with the 96 misfire post...but i was wandering how long it should take an engine compartment to cool down...i drive about 15 miles to work and home ..the temperature gauge reads...

96 blazer i have been having trouble with for 2 years...random misfire codes(p300) and(p140) o2 sensor...replaced wire/cap.button...new coil...all o2 sensors...cleaned egr..replaced spider...

just done complete tune up and cleaned egr...maf sensor...and sprayed out throttle body ....also forgot to mention if i'm riding with my window down fumes are really bad and seem like its coming...

bucking blazer

1996 blazer 4wd 5sp...misfires and bucks under normal driving speeds...acceleration and deceleration it seems to stop bucking...gas smell is noticable and exhaust pipe is black...also idon't know if...

1996 blazer...misfiring.. p0300 and p0140...rich smell and while driving at normal speed bucks and sputters but under accelleration doesn't miss at all...new wire/cap/button/plugs/cleaned...
