Will a hoist from a 99 fit a 96? Part number says it is for 98 to 05, but I dont see much of a difference in the diagram?

4x4 issue

Hey guys, my 96 4x4 blazer has a problem with the 4x4.
Sometimes it wont go into 4 when I push the button, and sometimes it is delayed getting in to 4, and other times it wont go out of 4x4.

I will grease everything up when I do the other sway bar link.

I looked at what I think are the control arm bushings, and they dont look to be cracked or too worn.
The creak only really happens when I turn. What else can I look for?
