no power to the fuel pump

My fuel pump is not getting power.... but weni first turn the key on i get 11 or 12 volts for about a second and then nothing. I has me stumped. also check relay under the hood and thats good. are...

I just got the same wheels too and i have noticed they scratch on the calipers how much did you havta sand down to make em work and did you havta do it on all 4 or just the front 2?
