5.3 swapp??

i recently came across a 5.3 vortec long block in the paper and i was wondering if anyone has any info on this type of swap i have a 96 blazer4 dr 4x4.....any imput would be much appreciated

40 series question

im planning on getting a 40 series with 2.5" piping and i was wondering if the position of the inlet/outlet wasimportant. should i be getting an offset inlet/outlet? center in center out?
