If you only go a couple inches in the back it will probably be even w/ the front. Id go 3 in the back and check how it looks then decide on the front. But yes anytime you lower the front you should...

Pretty much. But glasspacks usually sound like junk after a few months. Save up and get magnaflow. You can get one at advance auto for like 100 bucks and they sound great on 4.3s I run one.
