FIXED IT I wasnt getting +12V at the orange so...

FIXED IT
I wasnt getting +12V at the orange so I ran a fused link to the underhood electrical box and ran a good ground for the black. Works perfect. Thanks to all who gave their input!!!

I had this same problem a few weeks ago. Try jumping your blower motor to see if it works. If it does, check for voltage at the blower motor control module (its the resistor in our trucks with ACC)....
