lift and tire question

i've got a 2000 4dr 4x4, and im doing a 1.5" tbar crank and some 2" daystar shackles, what else will i need to fit some 31x10.50 mickey thompson baja belted tires?

so i got a really good deal on a grill guard from a guy that had it on his 2003 s10 truck. $60 and he met me half way.

my question is, how do i put the damn thing on, lol?
