I screwed a hacksaw blade to my vent and operate it manually. Pull it to the right when I want floor-------Push it to the left when I want defrost & AC..

That vent would be an ASS to replace.

What is wrong with analog? Mostly they just lose their ground. When mine did I just pigtailed one in and grounded it. Gave me fits until then.

Gotterfixed!

Simply ran another ground pigtailing off the black wire from the connector where the instrument cluster plugs in.

Everything works..Now I just have to put it all back together!

Cleaned every ground I could find. Increased voltage from alternator to exactly 14.03V

Seemed to do pretty good under load decreasing to 13.71v fully...
