can you hold it in gear when it kicks out? I have a neon the does that in fifth gear. i'm pretty sure its the syncro for that gear. sounds like you may have the same problem.also check to see if...

I have a 1999 s-10 blazer 4.3 4x4 with 130,000k. the truck drives good but reverse doesn't work. when its shifted into reverse it acts as neutral. is this a common problem? i have no idea what to...
