I have the exact problem but on a 99 blazer. I went under the hood but could not find any canister. Could you be more specific about the location? Thanks so much for your help.

i have heard of the drains under the windshield (by wipers under black grille) getting plugged and that water then goes into the passenger area of the vehicle...i dont know where exactly these are...

the part i replaced (flasher) is behind a panel under the glove box, this is the part that actually "ticks"...i replaced it and not it is just a different noise, tick still out of control...blinkers...

my blinker tick stays on even when blinker is off...I have replaced the flasher with no luck, is there another switch or something that can be replaced? any help appreciated!
