Pull the upper intake and check for the clean spots or puddle of fuel like was posted before. Since the fuel is in the oil you probably do have a leak in the plenum. Do a fuel pressure leak down...

Yes it should stop flashing and light up. Replace the tranfer case vacuum switch. Its about 15 bucks at autozone. Do a search on it and find out more information about it.

Clean the maf sensor with the special cleaner you can get at any part store. I just bought a 97 and when you take off from a light it felt like i was pulling a boat or something. I cleaned it today...

Thats another problem. I havent heard anything good about the airtex pump. It could be bad or they gave you the wrong one for your vehicle. That just happened on another post.

You should get a reading with the key in the run position but engine not running. Then turn the key off and watch the gauge and see if it goes down. Watch the gauge for about 20minutes.
