Well, I ended up taking it to my mechanic and he said
is was just a hose that goes to the emissions canister.
Could someone take a look on your unit to confirm this?

This is an 86' 2.8 EFI. On the rear of the T. body, two hoses (one above the other) emerge.
The top one one goes to the PVC, the bottom one is OPEN, the hose has broken.

Thanks guys. I took it back today and the manager thought it was a bit low on fluid, so he added some and test drove.
Well, it did shift better, however, it is still shifting hard and it will not...
