Fixed it!!

When plugging in one of the forbidden connectors on the PRNDL switch, there was so much gunk in the connector that one of the mating connector pins was bent away from the connector...

Well I bought a ground strap and attached is right to the lower starter bolt and drilled a hole in the frame and attached the other end of the strap. No change. Still did not try to start. I then...

Thanks again for the info. If you find any specific location let me know. I just dont rememeber disconnecting a ground strap. Maybe Ill just go buy 1 from the auto store and attach it to the lower...

Does the heater blow hot air? Could be a clogged heater core. Might want to try having a rdiator flush done at your local oil change place and I would recommend putting the thermostat back in.

That makes perfect sense!. I hadnt even thought about the ground. Any idea where the grounding straps would be located on this vehicle? Does it bolt to one of the top bellhousing bolts or is there...

Thanks for the info, but I cant get these lines to snap in. How hard do I need to push? Is it easier to unscrew the adpaters on the side of the trans, snap the lines in, then screw the adapters back...
