I had the same problem. Replaced the nut kit (main fuel line and return line), fuel pressure regulator, and injector. Fixed the problem.

I just took the plenum back off and both sides are soaked with gas. I'm gonna buy the nut kit tonight and see if that brings the psi's back within normal range.
