RE: Fuel Pressure Bleeds Off Rapidly

There's also a check valve in the pump I believe that holds the pressure it acculumates for start. I have hear of these failing and simply draining the fuel back into the tank. However, with the...

RE: PLEASE HELP MY JIMMY MISFIRES

You might also check the O2 sensors on the exhaust manifold. I know that the code hasn't sent for them, but I have had an occasion when a broken harness to a bank1 sensor1 O2 sensor had been damaged....

RE: not getting fuel 91 4.3 TBI

I'm thinking that you need to look further into the non-spray, and not the electrical issue. If your fully connected to the relays behind the glove box, and not getting a fuel pump whine, the ECM may...

RE: How far has your auto tranny gone?

116k so far. Ihad a little scare at 105k when I noticed a leak and I couldn't get reverse, but as soon as I drained the fluid and changed the filter it was all better. I'm not so sure about the flush...

RE: Random Multiple Misfire

I messed with this same problem for a while, and while i did not spend quite as much as you have in the end all I needed was an O2 sensor. (bank 1 sensor 1) I was getting a number of different codes,...

RE: Looking for closest CLIFF

I have not yet been able to check the fuel pressure (no tools) but, with the boost there is a considerable difference with the fuel pump reaction to prime.ie. More frequently. The starter is a brand...

RE: Looking for closest CLIFF

The battery while brand new is actually the second brand new battery I've had, I get plenty of juice from it. I have not yet checked the ICM, the coil put out a good charge (trust me I've felt it)and...

Looking for closest CLIFF

RE: Exceleration Problems

I would go further back through the ingnition, to the coil. Also make sure to check the grounds especially that which comes off the fuel pump in the the rear. Although a fuel pressure test could...

RE: 2 Foot of snow NO 4x4

I haven't been able to check the front axels yet due to packed snow, but when I do, can I just reach under the truck and twist them without lifting it up? I live at a condo with no garage, and until...

2 Foot of snow NO 4x4

So as the 26 inches of snow fell over the past two days here in Colorado I was anxious to try out my (new to me) Jimmy's four wheel drive. Much to my dismay I have not been able to get it to work. I...
