Here's a few things that were different. That I remember...

-Air intake plenum. (Van motor one didn't have the place to attach the brake vaccum line)...

A little while ago my Blazer started running real crappy. I was out of town and had to drive it 200+ miles home. I found out it was the motor (one cyl was bad). I replaced the motor with a used one...
