Well... That seemed to be the problem.. I changed the UNDERHOOD fuse block with a new(used) one and it remedied the no power to fuel pump issue. Seems like that MAY have been the issue all along....

Ok people, I think that I MAY have found the problem... I replaced the underhood fuse block,plugged in all the connections(pigtails) got got in it and fired right up. Going to let it sit for a few...

The only power to fuel pump is when I hotwire it. The vehicle will ONLY stay running with hotwire constantly connected.

Rock, ecm b fuse is good. I think that the fuse panel itself is BAD. Gonna try to get a replacement and see if that works.

When I say hotwire I mean that I am running a wire directly to the fuel pump from the battery..I don't seem to be getting power through the fuel relay/fuse panel. I can get the fuel pump to run ONLY...

Not as of yet.. gotta find a pressure tester to use. After I turn of engine and disconnect the hotwire to the hotwire to the fuel pump leave it sit overnight it still has pressure at the schrader...

Short and simple, not getting power to fuel pump. Will start and run by using starting fluid then it dies. Changed fuel filter and fuel pump. Checked fuel pump relay, it clicks when key is turned on....
