Thanks for your quick reply.

I tried the hole/screwdriver trick but no luck. Tried straight in, all angles, while trying to release the key and also with just hoping for a clicking sound or... ...

2005 Blazer - key won't release

My 2005 Blazer will not release the ignition key, with the key in the on position. This started out as an intermittent problem that quickly became an almost every time I turned the ignition off deal....

Is it possible to disconnect the auto-lock feature on my 2005 Blazer?

If so, any bad effects?
