So here's the final word, not to be ignorant and not test all of the things suggested, but we went ahead and replaced the computer in it. Once installed i took it down the road for a test drive,...

this kinda sounds like the issue i'm having, key word kinda. This saves me from replacing the engine comp.

I've now unseated the fuel cap, not all the way off, just not seated. It now only stalls when under alot of "power demand", accel. pedel further depressed and such. I'm thinking this is now a fuel...

The blazer has now started it's same problem once again... It took me back to NC at least to be on leave and started all this about 5mi. from home. We've "Fixed" The catalytic converter, replaced MAP...

maybe you have alot of buildup in the system that's not letting heat transfer w/o a high flowrate w/ the coolant

Well, the timing was corrected, the trans filter replaced and still no positive result. So today I went and bought a computer, thermostat, and a temp. sending unit. I got the sending unit and...

Just drove it again this afternoon, i've been trying to get the truck to do the same thing again, i left the (-) terminal disconnected overnight and so far all it's done is pop'd a small backfire out...
