Blend door seems to have no power

I just took them blend door acuator out because i thought it was bad because it was blowoing hot air on ac
so i unpluged it acuator and pluged in a new one and nothing happend can any one shed so...

My bland door does nothing when i took it out i even plagged a new one in and nothing happened does any one have any input thank you very much
