It has 95000 on it all replacement part were automate the MAF has been cleaned Egr replaced last year

I have a 1998 blazer 4.3 4 door 4wd I just put in new plugs,wires ,cap and rotor air filter is new , but it still feels sluggish down shifts on the smallest grade any ideas where I should do next ...
