car running rich/alot of air

i have a 95 blazer 4.3 car is running rich/alot of air it doesn't back fire or nothing just spending a lot of gas any ideas? i was thinking the map sensor but i would like help with problem :)

revs higher to shift gears

I have a 1995 blazer 4x4 when the weather kinda cold the tranmission shifts normal but when the weather is hot it shifts higher on the rpms and makes a loud noise and when i step on the gas sounds...

It shifts good either way it just shift a little...

It shifts good either way it just shift a little higher on the rpm before I add the tranny fluid
