I have a 1999 chevy blazer and the 4x4 service light comes on and off and the same with the light on the dash that lights that tells you what stage you are in if you hit a bump in the road it will...

i am new to this 4wd not working right

my 1999 chevy blazer 4wd keeps cutting in and out when it is in two wheel and than the service light will come on what can it be a vacuum line or wiring problem or not can someone pls help me out...
