Satellite oil filter system

I own a 1997 Blazer, does anybody know if they make a conversion so I can mount the oil filter direct? Or is the satellite filter system my only fit.

I have a 1997 Blazer it shifts hard from 1st too 2nd gear when I pull out from a stop. All other shifts seem fairly smooth. Any suggestions?
