98 gmc jimmy the heat works great in defrost and vent mode but it will not switch over to feet mode it will just keep coming out of defrost checked for vac leak my feet freeze so I need it fixed any...

i would probably start by checking your fuel pressure wit a fuel pressure gauge should be between 60-65 not go below 55 for ten min wit key on the right side of the dis cap should be were u thread...

i would almost gurantee its your fuel pump i just got done replacing mine and it was doing something alot similiar to that would not start with out starting fluid when it was cold but once it warmed...

the vehicle is sometimes hard to start on a cold start but once it is warm it fires right up it idles fine no miss in it at all. it does fine till you push gas pedal all the way to floor and jumps up...
