bret Great Site! Have 89 full size 5.7 TBI, Burns Rich runs well,Fuel Pressure Regulator? Plugs looked very clean and uniform. Approx. 30,000 miles with new injectors....

Have 89 Full Size Blazer, 5.7, Auto, 4x4, TBI. What should ignition timing be at 5000 ft. elevation? Book reads 0 degrees.Is this for sea level?
