I am pretty sure you have to take out the control arm to reindex the torsion bar. I just replaced mine a few weeks ago for the exact same weld break. If I knew how to weld I would have just welded it...

Why golf is fun- Where else can you drink, smoke, cuss and laugh at your friends while enjoying the outdoors? I play on a work league and it is great to get to know people away from the work setting....
