I just fixed mine, i was having the same problem. It was a blocked heater core. Try flushing and back flushing the heater core.

As the title state the fan on my engine never stops, unless the car is off. It is immediately on when i start it cold and stays on non-stop. When should the fan be running? I just replaced the fan...

Once it warms up to 160 it will drop some and then go back up. It will actually fluctuate 10-20 degrees alot while driving actually depending on if i am sitting idling at a light, or accelerating.

Is it possible that i did not get the seal around the thermostat to seat right and that could be why the new one isnt working? Im sure thatI put it in right, but you never know i guess.

Because if it is seized and the fan isnt running at all wouldnt that actually make...

Try wiggling your hazard light switch and see if the brake lights will come on. Also just check to see if your hazards are even working. It is probably linked to that switch, thats what it was on...
