UPDATE: changed intake gaskets, water pump, plugs...

UPDATE: changed intake gaskets, water pump, plugs and wires cap and button did an oil change and car is running better as the for the grabbing/jerking but still loosing antifreeze... So do I turn to...

I didn't do the test myself to be honest so I'm really not sure and I agree on if it being a head gasket it would smoke so that makes me believe intake gaskets but in my opinion if I fix the intake...
